Floral
arrangement, by their very nature, can be made in many sizes
while maintaining the same overall theme. For example, the
picture to the below shows basically the same floral
arrangement designed at three different price points. In most
cases, our web site will allow you the ability to select the
price you are most comfortable with purchasing. Please
note that all orders are be billed in US Dollars. |

The factors that
determine price include:

flowers, foliage and filler flowers,

structures and delivery fees in the recipients city or

Please Note:
NY State Sales Tax is applied to all products amounts in
addition to service and delivery charges. As of June 01,

Substitution
Policy
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or gift is
delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given
to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the
requested item.
Flowers
In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be
used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds
of flowers of equal or greater value.
For one-of-a-kind flower
arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every
attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another
color. If the floral container shown online is not available, a
similar container will be used.
Plants
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of
equal or greater value.
For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we
will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute
with another color. If the plant container shown online is not
available, a similar container will be used.

Our Delivery Policies
Floral Delivery Time
Terranova's offers same-day delivery on most floral orders going in
the continental US and Canada if we receive your order by 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone. We do not offer same-day delivery on some arrangements that use unique flowers or plants, such as exotics, due to the limited availability of these flowers and plants.
Scheduling Deliveries
Terranova's can guarantee delivery on a specific day, but cannot guarantee a specific delivery time during the
day. On some occasions, the recipient may be called to ensure
proper delivery on the date requested. Sunday delivery and delivery on certain holidays
is not guaranteed in all areas.
What If The Recipient Is Not There?
Terranova and it's affiliates take great pride in our delivery
service. If the recipient is not at the address you requested when we
deliver, we will generally try to leave the delivery using standard
delivery guidelines to insure safety. If the delivery can not be left,
we will tag the door noting that a delivery has been attempted and
also attempt to leave a phone message. Your gift will be re-delivered
upon instruction from the recipient.
Commercial Buildings, Hospitals and Funeral Homes
In many cases, our staff is not permitted to directly deliver to the
recipient. In these cases, our staff will follow the traditional
guidelines established for the building or facility we are delivering to. Package areas,
flower rooms and
mailrooms are all considered acceptable areas for delivery. Signatures
will be obtained when possible.
US
& Canadian Exchange Rate
Please note all prices are
processed in US Dollars the day your order is received.
Our shopping cart offers two
displays to help our Canadian customers see the correct amount they will be
charged on their Credit Card Statements.
Canadian customers should note
that the amount displayed in CAN dollars is calculated at an exchange rate
of 1.37 but the actual rate will vary from day to day because your
credit card company is responsible for doing the actual conversion at
time we process you credit card.

Deliveries
Outside the US and Canada
We offer floral delivery to over
140 nations across the globe through our affiliate wire services of FTD
& Teleflora. Generally, 24-48 hour notice is required for delivery
outside the US and Canada, and special delivery fees may be required.

Having
Trouble - Report a Problem
Here's some helpful hints if
you are experiencing any trouble.
1) If you did not get
a receipt emailed to you, there is a good chance we did not receive your
order or, your email address was incorrect and we will not be able to
contact you if a problem arises.
Please be sure your order did
reach our server by using the SERVICE TAB and go to # 3, REVIEW PREVIOUS
ORDER. If we received the order, it will be listed with an order # and you
may send tracking message about the order.
2) If an image is not loading,
simply refresh or reload your browser. This is usually due to high traffic
conditions.
3) If you received two
or more receipts for one order, duplicates may have been transmitted to
us. This is usually due to your keyboard sensitivity or multiple mouse
clicks.
Please go to the SERVICE TAB and
go to # 3 REVIEW PREVIOUS ORDER. Under TRACKING click the YES and send us a
message to cancel the duplicate orders. We're pretty good about catching
these most of the time.
